Prior to re-joining the family firm in mid-2017 Willy spent much of the past 20 years working abroad in Australia and the Pacific Islands region in a number of roles with various organizations including the NZ Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the United Nations, and the University of Queensland. Willy, a grandson of founder Ben Bullock, holds undergraduate and post graduate degrees in Earth Science, Soil Science and Development Studies. His areas of expertise include natural resource management, quarry management, environmental impact assessment, mined land reclamation and climate change adaptation.

Glen is a director and the Group’s Operations Manager. He is a third generation Bullock family member and started with the company back in 1999. Glen undertook an apprentice in the workshop becoming a qualified Maintenance and Diagnostic Engineer then Managed Bullocks Timber before going on his OE. On return to Bullocks Glen took on a Contracts Manager role. Glen has extensive project management experience in many areas of civil construction including major earthworks, watermain renewals, road construction, cycleway construction, drainage separation, sub-divisions and urban rehabilitation.

Ben is a Contracts Manager and Director of the Group. He is a third generation Bullock family member and has been with the company since 1976. While away doing his OE Ben gained experience in the building industry in England on various construction projects in London and York Ben has extensive project management experience in many areas of civil construction including major earthworks, watermain renewals, road construction, cycleway construction, drainage separation, sub-divisions & urban rehabilitation.

Ivan is a Contracts Manager and Director of the Group. He is a third generation Bullock family member and has been with the company for nearly 20 years. He has considerable experience working within the Australian mining sector where he operated heavy earth moving and worked in industrial mining settings. On return to NZ in 2003 Ivan has gained extensive project management experience in many areas of civil construction including major earthworks, road construction, cycleway construction, drainage separation, sub-divisions and urban rehabilitation.
